Short description: This project demonstrates how a 200-kWh direct current (DC) storage system can be scaled up to create a commercial-scale 1-MWh energy solution. By installing multiple lithium-ion battery packs, Dawnice successfully delivered a 1,075-kWh off-grid system designed to provide stable power 24/7.

Context and Challenge: To ensure the continuous operation of a large theme park, it was necessary to design and implement this advanced storage system. The park required a reliable and constant power source to cope with frequent voltage fluctuations and prevent power outages at critical moments. Dawnice provided a customized solution to ensure energy independence and continuity.

Strengths of the project:

  • Total capacity of 1,075 kWh: It provides nonstop power to the entire facility, ensuring stable operation day and night.

  • Support for Off-Grid Operation: The system operates independently of the power grid, completely eliminating the risk of power outages at critical moments.

  • Intelligent EMS Management: The Intelligent Energy Management System (EMS) reduces electricity costs and improves overall energy efficiency.

Why 200-kWh battery modules?

  • Flexible scalability: The 200-kWh modular units allow for rapid and flexible system expansion.

  • Easy transport and installation: The optimal dimensions ensure easier logistics and quick on-site installation.

  • Ideal applications: Perfectly suited for solar-plus-storage projects and fully off-grid solutions.

  • Optimized initial investment: It offers a more affordable initial cost compared to large containerized energy storage systems (ESS).

Dawnice remains fully committed to providing clean, efficient, and safe energy solutions to commercial and industrial customers around the world, supporting their transition toward sustainable development.
